Just wondering is there a legal age for FB? Should be 16 right?

Section 376A of the Penal Code states that "sexual penetration of a minor under 16 is an offence, even if consent was provided by the minor".

In addition, Section 376B of the Penal Code states that "commercial sex with minors under 18 is also a punishable offence". A citizen or PR of Singapore who engages in commercial sex with a minor under 18, in a location outside of Singapore, will still be liable under Section 376C.

I think fucking a 16 yr old and giving her gifts in reward is also considered an offence. Just be careful, cover your own backside.;)

Woah since some say 16 is the legal age for consensual sex That means there is a law that state PROS are only allowed 18 and above only?

I am confused. I thought the law prohibits sex with minors at below 18? so who is right who is wrong?
