.. and so to add-on, to live their lives, how do they survive? the same logic, I suppose, pretty ones with luck and connections .. blah blah blah .. some with skills work or setup small biz ... others .. again .. into the trade .. for survival ..

I think besides HRT, plastic surgery also plays apart. Just look Korean movies/tv shows, almost every woman is pretty thanks to plastic surgery.
