Hey bro. I'm interested as well. We could make a study group on Skype or something. I've read the books you mentioned as well as the mystery method. I think their game they use in the western context is different from Asian girls. But inner game is the same I guess. Those routines in those books are rather out to date for today. Actually confidence and congruence is very important but it's hard. I still haven't tried many cold approaches in clubs cos clubs in sg don't really have a good ratio and I'm not that proficient in stacking too.
