Previous time last year Jan kenna transparent discharge... immediately go see DSC kelantan lane. Given antibiotic then no more issues...

Fast forward Feb 2019. Same came back from there start to have discharge. DSC full so go see GP. Given oral medication for chalmydia while waiting for test results... Start to have urination pain.

3 days later see GP again due to increased pain. Given shots for Gonorrehea.

2 Days later morning see GP again for test results. All negative... HIV, Herpes, gon, spyhilis, chlamydia.... but pain increased again. At night admitted hospital due to severe pain (very bad cramp) and fresh red blood dripping out after peeing.

Stayed in hospital for 3 days... on IV Antibiotic drips. On day of discharge feel much better... no blood and discomfort during peeing and some discharge... But when have erection got sharp pain (morning wood). Given oral antibiotics to bring home to continue...

Now pain during urination and a bit of blood after urination. Im not getting better. Doc says its UTI, bladder is fine but urethra damn inflammed, hence the blood. Now i damn scared my KKJ can never erect...

Last but not least, this is last time im doing any RAW or BBBJ liao.... fking not worth it...

If DR.Tan is here, can shed some light what the fuck did i contract? Or im just really suay?

TS between Jan last year and Feb 2019 were you sexually active with anyone or did you have raw sex or a bbbj with anyone?

Definitely... this is a very very good lesson. I use to hate caps... now im gonna love them deep deep.

But what i fear most now is... during Erection it was damn painful... now im fear i may never be able to erect again... but I wanna know why i have painful erections... So each night i sleep i wake up with pain.

Believe me I want to but too bad forever alone. Somemore scully after this episode i kenna permanent ED then gg liao

In your first post you already stated that your doctor confirmed you have UTI, not an 'unknown STD'.

UTI is unfortunately quite common in men these days, especially if you live a sedimentary lifestyle - lack of exercise, high alcohol consumption and not drinking enough water.

It is very likely that other factors during your Bangkok trip triggered it, like binge drinking (for example) and not getting a BBBJ - because the bacteria that causes UTI is not found in the mouth but is already present in the urinary tract.

Do take this as an opportunity to reassess your lifestyle and perhaps make modifications to it - simply drinking four more glasses of water every day, or cutting soft drinks, will really help.

Actually not easy for guys to get UTI and also not very common. I would say for women, maybe.

I think Dr Tan rarely come online now. Maybe can look for him at Novena Meeical Centre.

The thing is, when i go GP test... my test is negative. But when go hospital specialist, from what he saw, he say most likely some STD, will only know when urine culture report comes out.

I exercise, drink lots of water, i dun smoke nor drink... i take soft drinks prolly once or twice a week only.... so i guess im really suay... but nvm... no more bbbj... condoms please.

Right now i think maybe due to inflammation and infection, doc also confirmed that my urethra inside looks quite bad thats why the bleeding.. so many now healing got scar tissue form... so when urine or erection... imagine ur skin stretching the scar tissue spot... omg... now need to find a way to stop my sleeping erection... i also read online this one also will have complication... coz scar tissue is hard so many cause ED or shortening of kkj and narrowing of urethrea... so i may have difficulty peeing for the rest of my life....

I will if this current specialist cant cure me coz covered my insurance... i hope..

If i go Dr Tan... i think it will be a lifetime of debt.... and im already in debt... haiz

But specialist should be able to tell what is the root cause after lab test, right? otherwise what is the point of seeing him..

Depends la. Specialist can range from registrar to Senior consultant. Treatment and intervention are also dependent on the doctor. Typically easy to diagnose and treat conditions are unlikely to be a problem
