In my opinion, locals in HC and TN are extremely hard to come by and even if you manage to find any, they are hardly appealing and are more likely to be of middle-age.

Local FLs are more common but be prepared to pay a premium for them. Prices range from $150 for a middle-age (i.e. housewife type) to as much as $800 for a SYT (i.e. girl-next-door, model look, schoolgirl). Browse through the first 10 pages of the FL section and I am sure you can find more than 10 locals.
