Don't think there is such service locally. Best approximation, you can try curtain tuina shop that offer 30 minute session, that's $30 like a foot massage price. Go in, ask the ML to massage only your feet. Then at the end, just opt for the hj extra :D

Taiwan alot too and ladies will wear mini skirt while doing the foot massage for you. Some will purposely show you their thong, underwear or go commando. After massage go in room for main course haha.

Was also looking for this but doesn't seem to exist nowadays...
In the past however at the torn down Pearl Ctr #2 there was a footshop with naughty prc's. :D; . I am looking for naughtiness anyway, at places where you don't expect it. That's the thrill.

pass level 3 PP Complex yesterday; so many people there free show free aircon. think AV cleanup as all the shops take down curtains and sticker cannot block glass door view. of course still can shack behind mobile wood curtain

There are such massages in the West. I asked for a foot massage for an hour. Half an hour later, she asked me to try a full body massage, but it cost me $10 extra ($40 for feet).
