Hi there are usually the prostitute say my penis is quite large, course I'm actually a 184 cm tall guy.

1) the problem is that I have already got a tight foreskin but I don't think this is an issue, usually I can't pull the foreskin to the glans of my penis, personally I don't think this is a problem because first of all is not causing much pain to me and I can erect without much problem. But the prostitute themselves think this is a problem. They will spend about 5 minutes to chat to tell me that is why is better to get circumcised. Most are willing to do a BBBJ however one of them don't want to suck on the glans of the penis, but only to the shaft area.

2) usually I can ejaculate by handjob easily, but for blowjob and FJ I don't have much feeling, so end up right I ejaculated after they do a FJ by doing a HJ.

3) I have the scrotum area itch, every morning dead skin comes out.

For point 1, you can try to stretch your foreskin everyday to help it loosen up. Used to have this issue when i was younger and i stretched it daily.

For point 2 and 4, if you watch porn and masturbate frequently, consider stopping it as it reduces your sensation/intimacy during sex.

I also of same height. For me, from young I everytime push back the foreskin as far back as possible so now it is no issue when erect to go all the way back. Girls give me blowjobs and all no issue. When erect and skin all the way back is same as circumcised. You can try this, gradually let the skin be able to go all the way back.

As for not able to ejeculate, I think u stamina good la. Last time i younger also can go very long. now old already I do awhile i cum liao.

I got cut when i was in NS. I experienced sex before and after getting cut. There was no problem with my foreskin. I can retract it fully without issues.

i don't think your height has anything to do with the length of your dick.

IMO, getting it cut is way better. It has more pros than cons. Suffer for 2 weeks and enjoy it for the rest of your life.

Most of the MLs love it when it's cut as it looks cleaner and nicer. Of course, that doesn't mean uncut is dirty. It's a personal hygiene matter.

I had my frenulum removed too and when its hard, it really looks nice as there is no excess skin. There are some who says the frenulum gives pleasure but i personally don't think i missed it

If I understand correctly getting cut, makes your head less sensitive over time as it is always exposed to rubbing against your underwear / boxers then you actually take longer to come.

So if you already have problem feeling the sensation, maybe getting cut make it even harder to ejeculate. But the girl go heaven and enjoy la hhahaha u can apply for pornstar job

Okay I have already chat with the doctor he will be using a scalper do this. He said the pain level is 1 out of 10 like that as long as you don't touch the penis gland. He said this method is better than the method that GP used (shang ring), because this may be quite painful at around the second week or third week mark when the ring starts to mature. The side effect is more that the penis gland is a bit very sensitive to touch but the skin will start to grow in the third week or forward mark which is cannot be seen by eye but can be seen in the microscopic level. Not really. I have been circumcised since young. I still have PE issues. :(
