Hi, I am a guy going into a divorce. I need help to recommend a lawyer.
My wife is seeing another man. And we have both agreed to divorce n I don't want to wait 3 years for separation. Can I file for a divorce on the ground of her not having sex with me.
She has also agreed to giving the custody of our 3 kids to me. It's uncontested as she wants to leave for the man now.
