I dropped in to GBW yesterday after several months not going there. It seems there has been a change in the system and staff. Many of the old staff that I know is no longer working there. Even the canteen is a new operator.
And the counter staff do not allow customer to do self booking of the WLs anymore. Now you must ask a captain to do the booking for you even though you are at the counter.
Facilities getting worse by the day. And there was only one Bangla manning the whole changing room until we have to self service to get our own towels and shorts.
