Exclude Ferry terminal taxes account to 30*2=60 (2pax)
Hence, 80+60=140 you get 1 hotel room and 2 Ferry tickets
If buy individual for 2 pax w 1 hotel;
Ferry Ticket 38 (groupons) or 48 (original) taxs included
Harmoni hotel approx 55 (agoda)
Total 38+38+55=131... However this excludes the 2 way land transfer (taxi) provided by the package

As for the special service that you inquire earlier, the easiest way is to utilise the in room massage service offered by the hotel such as Pacific and Formosa. It is better to follow some of the expert in this forum to Batam so that they can guide you.
However for frequent traveller and chiongsters, buying individually is preferred as it provides more flexibility. For myself, I would choose a budget hotel like lovina inn (30) to cut cost as I'm traveling to Batam frequently and those 4 stars hotels are expensive which I do not need most of their facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, massage, ktv, etc). However, WiFi in room may be a concern in budget hotel. Secondly, chiongsters are more familiar in Batam, we do not need guides to bring us around. Thirdly, we usually got a plan for our own activities such as seafood, ktv, special massage, etc and shopping is seldom in our list.
