Long time no post, let me kay poh a bit. Those nv 入职 ones, they have to pay every time they get the 零时牌. 50rmb each time. So no matter you have to sit or go out or watsoever, this 50rmb they need to fork out to get the tempt pass. On top, they still need to give the mummy fee if they were to have customer. ie sitting fee 300, they still need to give mummy 60rmb, 1100rmb ON they need to give 160rmb. End of the day, if you have sitting only, you will only get back 300-50-60 = 190rmb. Those who 入职, they pay a monthly fee of betweeen 200-800rmb depending on what category they fall into. So effectively if the girl worked for roughly more than 8-10days, it will be more logical for them to 入职,but many cannot commit to this number of working days. Furthermore, some ktv are more strict on the registered WL, or some WL have many regulars, these are some points that may deter the girls to register.
