From 9th to 13th

I just like to share some information and bros here could take it as reference or ignore it. My trip was a business trip although I try to have CP as one of my R&R itinerary during my end trip. Due to recent events, my supplier has advise me to avoid CP and so I did and I basically stay 2 nights at Foshan/Nanhai and 2 nights at Panyu.

On the 2 nights of Foshan (Wed and Thusday), my supplier didn't dare to take me to any place. Luckily for me, I have a previous MM currently working in Foshan KTV and she accompany me for 2 nights. 1 thing to note is that the KTV she is working at is at a remote hotel (2 to 3 star type). My supplier is worried and personally bring me there to pick her up and it was really pretty far and the hotel is in one of the industrial area. If you stay there, it is basically "pa bang" (hit mosquito).

On friday afternoon before going to Panyu, my supplier bring me to footie. He then told me he didnt want to bring me during night time because it is more dangerous. Day time still alright.

On Friday night, we meet up the other supplier (both supplier are friends. One provide machine and one provide materials.) The Panyu supplier brought me to a KTV which is without MM. Halfway thru, police came but didn't came in the room. I'm not too sure how valid because it was told to me and the supplierby the captain).

THAT shows how serious it is now.

Basically KTV in Foshan and Panyu are still open BUT NO MM apart from some risky ones otherwise it will be somewhat like a family style KTV now and police are still checking every now and then. However in Foshan and Panyu, police don't check hotel rooms but checking in of Guest is required. My supplier told me that checking in Hotel rooms are not that serious but he believe CP does have such checks and has advise me to avoid this place. They don't believe that it will return to its previous status anymore.

One thing to note is that XJP is clamping down hard to corruption and vice. As much as he is aware that it hurts the economy, he will continue to do that because a lot of corruption are link somewhat to JZM. Although JZM help him attain his current status, he is stabbing him in the back. Many profitable companys (previously was thought to be state owned) such as telco, oil and gas etc are under individual own by JZM and/or his relative/close ally. So XJP is chopping away his army with BXL being the most prominent case. So when a political war is on, do you think CP will ever return to it previous state?

They also very much agree the this year Canton Fair would be jialat. So bros, just be more careful and if you cannot take the risk, DON'T.
