Judging from the many posts here, it looks like getting our vb over is going to be uncertain and difficult. If a vb is caught by mata, will there be any record in her passport? Would we know if there is any black mark on her record? A vb once told me she was 'caught' and she showed me a letter asking her to report but I didn't see any offense stated in the letter.
Btw, off topic a bit, is it better to change S$ to dong here at a money changer or at the airport (sin or vn)?

The ICA system dun capture until so detailed like your occupations bro, not even up till today, so your job itself may not matter much, unless your features look like Andy Lau or the american President

2nd question - always change in Vietnam
