You're probably very correct, I certainly hope so!
But one never knows when it comes to politics - and unfortunately, incidents against Ethnic Chinese HAD occurred. Worse, the Chinese government does not SEEM to be wanting to turn the heat down - not with what they announced yesterday and not today when they're making a fuss that the Vietnamese government have not paid any compensation at all to date.
