The price depends on establishments, the type and girls etc, probably as cheap as 10,000 Yen up to 80,000++ Yen easily.

PS: I went to check for one of more famous AV star, Maria Ozawa, she is in one of the delivery health establishment, and very pricey. About 50-60k Yen for 120min, though foreigner probably cannot use this establishment without Japanese friend introduction. But, the point is, AV star get their real money from real action.

PS2: I double checked their rules, no rule on no gaijin tho, so you can probably e-mail them if they accept gaijin.
