Speaking about Western foods (with Indo food available too), can try out bukit cinta. As the name suggest, is alfresco dining in top a mountain. Romantic too. Can't remember the price range.
However, I've noticed that when it comes to food, my experience is that, anything non indon is going to cost you an arm and a leg.. very high bill at Sarang Bang (Korean), Kazu (Jaoanese) and a western one at habourbay. Nice food though.
