Just back from CP 2 weeks ago.
The bottom line is .. every thing is dead there. Most of ot has moved to GZ. ALL SPAS in connecting hotels are shutdown. Most of the ktvs as well.
We went to 1x ktv which I still had mamasan nos. Get tis! Ktv no girls .. you want byo. And they have to be registered. And baoAn will come check at least 1x a night. Make sure no hankypanky.
My friend called 2x ex ktv girls .. we had a decent time drinking and playibg dice. When it was time to go .. the price was 1500 for whole night including ktv tip. But the girl will see which hotel you stay. If small budget hotels .. they probably wont follow you.
