cafe Havana works well for ang moh or you should have a girl to do the chat up ... 
it picks up only past 10 or 11... it is at green belt 3 next to Starbucks .. if it rains all bets are off as most seats are outside ....
daytime pick up or 24 hour pick up, is LA cafe ... no second word on that
