Depends how do you want to have fun. There are plenty of fun in Manila, for sure. For easy mode, just hunt around Greenbelt, plenty of FLs especially at Havana after 10pm. For bar girls, Burgos is the answer. But I'm getting bored. Normally I just go for office ladies or students part time. For newbie, just go to Burgos or Edsa.
