There are many good VB wife but there are bad too. Just luck if you intend to look for those agency. Find someone who had not been to Singapore is still the best. Don't waste time and $ to those so call agency.
I find that in Vietnam, most VB don't interfere or talk much when Men Talking and 男人不坏，女人不爱. Once they come to Singapore several times, they like to interfere in Men Talking and even no respect for some men. I hate those VB.
