haha...in hcm there a few types of hair saloons...
Type 1 - real hair saloon - only for female - this saloon nothing will happen except good service provide for the gals to look nice...gals salary depends on skills...trainees can be low around 1-2 mil
Type 2 - real hair saloon - for male and female...usually this type the gals dress better to attract male clients...usually gals basic salary around 2-3mil Dong...and depend on tips...tips also depend on the saloon how to split
Type 3 - half saloon half service - this is for male only...gals usually dressed sexily...mostly provide massage and some basic hair styling...salary low and depends on tips
Type 4 - fake saloon - this type have barber chair but no hair styling services...this is for men extra services...usually bbbj...and some cases fj - this type saloon, gals no basic salary all depends on profit share with boss and tips
the above is IMHO and observations only...may not be 100% true...
