actually i bought the i-phone from sg wang,yes the stall cannot convert to instalment plan but 3 days later,i called up the bank to convert to instalment plan..nowadays can call bank to do this called dial-an-instalment some banks 0% interest some 2% or a bit more depends on which bank...
