Because bro aburthen has a 2-yr old child..... for cases where there are very young children involved..... approval must be given by the DR to file for divorce.
Anyway there is some confusion over the new Family Justice Act 2014 even amongst lawyers so it's anybody's guess what can or cannot be done.
