years ago when I trolled Sparks, Rex, Naughty Girl and old Strumms, I rarely gave money or was I asked, but I always put in 20$ to 50$ in pocket, for taxi fare
some maids just wanted to be treated nice and rest/sleep, or let them sleep over (if the employer allowed) as their own rooms lack aircon, and some just wanted to display their catch to friends, as show off/mayabang (I think)
some just happy for the Black label bottle I shared with them / their friends ..
only some occasionally asked like 100$ for children enrollment etc (and it was true, the timing coincide with school enrollment in Philippines) and offer to pay back, which I rarely bothered .. and some asked loan to pay for Philippine Immigration escort fee to bring sister/cousin to find job, which they duly alwyas paid back.
but nowadays with internet / social media / more news channels more often some have asked directly to lend 100$ upwards ... lend = don't expect return.
and now more than few street smart maid directly insist going hotel = 1 round only etc.
see in Badoo, more than few directly imply their time is going to cost etc ..
no fun for me ..plus older I get, no mood to play silly games ....
