Since u asked,my point of view is, under NORMAL circumstances MOST "quality" girls in booking joints wld have already been booked by others. As for the left-overs,they are either of lesser quality or rejects or too overly priced over its TRUE quality;& lesser quality girls in my humble point of view includes SYT in the joint. Okt,papi,mami need tactical hands & high persuasion power to PUSH all their girls out.
Market price of taxi charge is between 30k - 60k today,wld u dare take a taxi that is charging less than 10k at HB?

From another angle of view, it cld also means those joint with lesser girls at 4 has highly persuasive & unscrupulous okt,papi,mami.
