it all depends on how close you are to the married couple, and do you have any future delaings with them, or do u need to impress anyone connected to the party..eg u wanan bonk the girl u going with...for example at my cousins wedding i gave 500usd..well that was from my own family...i also went to a wedding at a high class hotel, the girl who invited me was the bride, i went on a few dates with her before she got married i didnt expect to see much of her later so i gave the token 200k...i also went to a few otehr wedding as a guest of teh girl whose friend was getting married..these are decent girls without any agenda so they actually paid the ang bao..i turn up empty handed....you question to be answered more accurately need further details...or u can just do what most you guys do and blindly give the highest amount..but there isnt much difference between 500k which one person has suggested and the 100usd another suggested..why need to ask?
