You are the very same person who shared with me the info on VOA (Visa-On-Arrival),hehehe...my Indian friend didnt join me but he joined my friend whom has joined me in my other trips before. Sad to say,he didnt enjoy his trip at Batam. He is just not use to it and shares he prefer Geylang style...lol.
Yes,DC Mall do sell Laptop but has very limited number of netbook.80% 2nd hand stuffs. A great place for me to design my own hotel room too. But i wouldnt suggest this place to anyone looking for PC parts or accessories unless one has dwell in Sillypore's Sim Lim Sq for a bit and has some basic knowledge on computer parts (and its pricing).

Oh,on weekends....what a shame i couldnt join you.I was actually looking forward to join you,hehehe...but i dont think i can make it,even tho i am not at work,hehehe....i just dont like to go batam on weekends/holiday time,its overly crowded in my point of view,lesser bargaining power,waste more time waiting than doing other things, etc etc. Yea,there is always May,June,July and so on until next year.
Then again,after your 1st solo trip to Batam,i doubt you would have any problem on the 2nd one,and this 2nd trip you have a buddy along. You will enjoy your trip if your buddy shares similar frequency of cheonging with you,hehehe...enjoy!
