I’m really chuckling away reading your post and writing up this response!

SBF is “unique” to say the least, and whilst I had in the past chafed under some of the rules/this unique culture, nowadays I just go with the flow and have even started to appreciate it! Really! And I especially appreciate Boss’s inventiveness as I see that he is able to even turn manure into fertilizer! Create a real income stream out of…… nothing!! And so many willing to go along with it in good humour. You tell me how many other businessmen are able to do this. Genius!!

Truly chuckling away….. whilst appreciating yet another lesson I’ve learned. And yes, do do a bit more research on this donor thing …. Truly genius!
