Yes they soft launched the place earlier. Official launch not yet. What u read in TripAdvisor is just the surface. If u read the last 2 or 3 comments, someone complained about noise and renovations. To avoid further complaints they decided to close it again for "VIP guests". Because u are not an industry insider, u will never know these things so I cannot blame u for being ignorant.

the fact was you said they will open to paying guests later when clearly there were paying guests now, its makes no difference if it was a soft opening or a hard opening
