This is actually dependent on opportunities. A guy with the same skill as her just doing clothing alteration is earning over 10 mil. Simple jeans alteration is 10k vnd. He always has a mountain of clothes to alter. Only rent a small space in front of a shop.

As for electricity, small household couple with kids is over 1 mil with air con.
