Tourism was over-reliant on US but the absence of American tourists have since been replaced by Asians, esp mainland Chinese and SEAsians. Also US economy is recovering now so I see a comeback.

HCMC skyline is changing rapidly...quite scary. In less than 10 yrs, it will be like Shenton Way skyline. By that time, maybe too late for investors.

The pros are, VN is a huge country with 90mil ppl. So if the business has benefits for BOTH foreigner + locals, the govt will support. The worse businesses are the ones that exploit the locals, prostitution being one of them. Just my 2 cents.
