Another place seldom talked about which has become my favorite area when i am in HK because all are SYT and you do not have to climb up and down stairs like Fuji

The walkups are on the 2nd floor about 20+ rooms here arranged in a circle. You can walk up the stairs or take the lift. The lift is kind of hidden inside the building so just take the stairs.
There are 2 to 3 Russians or ex soviet states WL there.
Prices are 450hkd standard for the prc. The Russians are 600 and quite a steal at that price but quality and service varies for the Russians.
Please ready exact change when chionging in HK as they mostly pretend not to have change
Best description of this place is petain with SYT.
The bad thing is the rooms and service. Almost all do not give bj and some will do it for extra 50. Rooms are cleaner than pentain but probably not what bros are used to. Service is better described as fast food. In and out the door. They will bath you once either before or after your deed but its more like washing like petain
The Russians give better service. If you walk up the stairs they are in either of the next 3 rooms on the right.
