I think this place is still pretty new,and they were trying to build up business for it now as previous boss of that ex massage shop didnt really do a good job. Go now while it is still quietly less known and that they moved their better service girls from the other 2 branches there to build a more stable customer base. After they were able to stabilize their regular flow of customers, service standard will surely drop and needless to say,price will surely increase.
I notice this is how Batam runs their massage service industry. Business good,price increase and service standard drops. Business no good,they have lots of promotion trying to catch the customers. Applies the same for special service pricing too.
Just speaking from experience.
