Name the joint. I think it would be in blacklisted list in bro nono posts. 1.5 Juta? the taxi driver getting a high com on it. It is better to know the place, go there, book the gal yourself first then get a taxi. Drop off a street away from the joint, get another taxi after getting the gal, to save on com.
Also, negotiation is a way of life here, always bargain down.
