Managed to try Flight168 yesterday after reading through the advice here. Think its really not bad considering the ladies they had from economy class.

Was quoted 1500 peso for the service and 900 for the message. total spent 2500 as I tipped the guy that came in at the start.

Just a thought, from google map it seems that the flight 168 is in the wrong position, its better to find airforceone to get the right address and it is definitely not walking distance from T1 in case anyone is thinking of walking.
