Bro, in a relationship, communication is very impt. Its either you learn vietnamese or she learn english/mandarin. Its very normal for a vietnamese working lady to learn mandarin.
I will say that 8 out of 10 working ladies are out for money. They like anyone with money to give them. It takes time to tell if she really likes you. Don't start showering her with money or gifts, take things slowly.
