Easily monitored. Just keep tabs on all the remmitance and exchanges.
On a side note, once i went to chinatown to change for rmb with a couple of friends and we were quoted a F-up rate. My friend challenged that we were changing a lot and asked for a better rate, to which the guy replied "i got 4 million plus rmb, how much you want brudder?"
