i guess you would have seen quite a few posts on the experiences and encounters.
First of all, its very safe. I normally plot out my plans via google maps and save it. its handy and can be saved offline to help you navigate. And yes, there are several buildings as you plot them out, you will notice it could either be convenient or inconvenient for you... some time and planning required.
I normally start from the top floor and make my way down. As you do, there are signs on each door on the girls services. Some come with photos of their body, so you kinda know what to expect.
