I suspect the gals who he advertises as able in doing AJ in reality don't do AJ, he is just trying to mislead and lure customers.

I'm not really a fan of aj. But I Nv once heard that AJ is included in the DMG stated for the girls. Normally cust want aj will tip the gal.
If the girls everything is included then all the girls in dome 1 can also be AJ alr.
Even if u go gl ask for aj the gals will ask u for tips.
