No doubt Da Vienna is better for a variety of reasons, as you mention, and nearly for the same price as Formosa.
BUT - you know what is heart, right? - I feel Formosa as my home now. Too many astounding memories and adventures in those rooms. Even the smell in the corridor (which is not good, because they allow people to smoke) makes me revive old memories.
