For Havana, I used to have a secret plan
A local girl as side kick, who helped me chat up non-FLs, which is a lot of hit than miss. You need to go to Havana after 11 plus, as the early ones are real office staff chilling.
And the side kick also had another use, if there was no success, I could screw her instead. Now she's in Dubai, too bad.
