The only establishment(s) that I have encountered in Batam are the cinemas (XXI & Blitz), which is understandable cos the main bulk of their revenue comes from their concessionary stand sales; can't exactly make money out of 25k - 40k per ticket.
Didn't know New Siang Malam Seafood is so mercenary.
