yup. the okt and the runner is obviously 2 different guys, 2 different ways of handling customers. i never had a problem with the okt, he is just like a normal salesman on the street.
his runner though, quite the "direct" person whom may not be in the right job. anyways bro dt and me sorted some stuff out via PM. cheers
