You paid 150k entrance fee at Boss...I think Boss have increased their price as previously it was 150k for normal room. PA I went once and my experience was so so hence didn't went back. The FL you got I booked her before for overnight but somehow miscom with the hotel as it was not girl friendly! Zzz..But first impression of her was she's nice and she didn't %$%($*&% at me. Will try her out during my next wetnam trip if time permits. Nearby to China, Hai Yen there are a few bbbj salons (along the stretch of road) and they serve mainly locals (none can converse in simple English) and for foreigners, be ready to get carrot chop if you are new to the place. Nothing spectacular and not worth 2nd visit.
Nowadays hotel prices in hcmc has gone up considerably. Previously, in Jun16 I was able to get Cosmo (decent 3* hotel at D3) at low S$40/night but from then on it's like close to mid S$60+ and above.
