Ya, no worries on flaming part but i guess everyone got their own way or style of spending money. VN living standard expenses can be high or low, it really depends on you.
Example beer:
You can chose to drink beer along the streets which cost ard 25,000 vnd/bottle or going to a German restaurant to drink some import German beer which cost ard 150,000 vnd/bottle.
