If they have certain issues to expose their true appearance online, just don't show any photo. Be honest, as simple as that.
I understand they want to avoid from being recognized by the blueboys, but this is the risk of their job. I am upset such risk has been transferred to the costumers for paying the same amount of money but having trouble to identify how the real "product" looks like.
