Till today then i know someting went very wrong in my family

many months ago i noticed there are a few mobile's bills under my mom's name.

I questioned her .. she told she helping friends to sign the line. I warned her NOT TO DO this again.

last few weeks.. i received call from lawyer (m1) asking for the payment.
then i got 3 singtel bills. OK then i settled all for her. I questioned her again How come so much? her replied was her friend again? I told her to get back all the sim cards. till now NONE. Singtel subs was terminated when i settled the payments.


LAst night Father n mother was quarreling just becos my dad came home abit late last night. So NO matter what i normally i still side my mom cos she is a woman n she is my most beloved late grandma's daughter.

Then this morning again they quarrel when i was sleeping ... i woke up then shut them up.

Then my father dug out a old things which happened last yr.

he said" Son, what u know? Your mother took all almost my saving $00K and ur young brother;s money, 6 thousands and lent it to someone. " I called it woman B.

Woman B was introduced my her friend, Woman A who stay near my place i cant recall which bloody cheebye woman.... So my dad did asked b4 woman B for help to get back the money for A. till now only $4000 recovered.

Boodly hell i alway the last person to Know all kind of news.. even my late grandma died of cancer i came to know after she passed away on the 2nd night!!!

Now, according to my father... there isnt any IOU!
How am i going to pursuit this matter if i were to make police report?

can consider this is a cheating case? cheating will not have any IOU....

(Whole story still unclear to me... i yet to find out more from my family cos I am too sad n too angry to talk abt it)

So let's say there is no IOU... what can i do to recover the amount?
