Haha. Cos electricity is expensive at viet loh. And from what i know, they are scare of cold than hot weather. When i blast my aircon 19 celcius (summer now ma) the local staff will protest say cold...wtf.
U must honk, no one cares u turn on signal light or watever. Honking is for own safety. as i also drive a motor bike, got used to it already. Honk means u ask other ppl becareful. In Msia u probably will be whack to death
Nam Dinh is just on the outskirt of Hanoi..havent been there lor
