I would say it's a lame excuse. All it takes is a simple setting that changes the check out time for Silver member to X hour, Gold member to Y hour. Settled.

But then, since they are still tracking member's night stayed manually via Excel Spreadsheet, I'm not sure their booking system can accommodate more than 2 check out time.
