Maybe there are practicing what we call 开工 just open a while for the lion dance and let staff collect Angpao.
I remember when I was working in a small factory.
On CNY 5th day (初五) return to workshop just turn on the machines for a while, collect Angpao, enjoy lion dance, makan and OpenTable
